    he Hutchinson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at Hutchinson City Hall, 125 E. Avenue B, in Hutchinson, Kansas, to consider for adoption new subdivision regulations for the City of Hutchinson. Copies of the proposed subdivision regulations are available for public viewing  at the Hutchinson Public Library, 901 N. Main St.; and at Hutchinson City Hall, 125 E. Avenue B. Comments may be made at the meeting. Written comments may be submitted in advance to the Planning and Development Department or may be Emailed to Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., September 28, 2015
