Reservations may be made up to one year in advance of requested date.

Reservation Payments:

• Cash or check payments can be submitted to the Parks and Facilities Office.
• Debit and credit card payments accepted over the phone.
• All reservations must be paid in full.

Keys

• Keys may be picked up the week of the reservation at the Parks & Facilities Department Office Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm.
• It is the renters responsibility to pick up the key in advance of their event as outlined on their respective contract under Important Information.
• A $25 fee will be deducted from the refundable deposit if a key is not picked up on time or if park staff has to arrange an after hours or weekend delivery. 

Hours

You may enter the buildings during your contracted hours. Early set ups and late stays are prohibited as stated on the contract. Should this happen an automatic forfeiture of the $50 deposit will occur.
