Prairie Inhabitors

This exhibit features prairie dogs and a sample of the countless creatures that visitor their towns.  Children can view the prairie dogs through a specially designed tunnel to safety get up close to these timid creatures.

There are lots of fun and exciting things for kids to do in our Dinosaur Dig area at the Hutchinson Zoo. Kids can uncover dinosaur fossils or slide down the slide.
